Here’s Everything You Need to Know:

All US orders are shipped with UPS, including track & trace service.

Shipments are sent DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) — meaning all new 15% US import fees are already covered. No surprises upon delivery!

Estimated delivery time: 2–3 weeks from the moment of shipping.
(Please note: December deliveries may take a little longer.) -
UPS cannot deliver to PO boxes, so please make sure to provide a street address.

A phone number is required for UPS shipments.
