Our guarantee, explained simply
We make our models ourselves, and we want you to be happy with what you receive.
As our customer, you are protected by the EU legal guarantee, which generally covers manufacturing defects and products that don't match their description for two years after delivery. (See link below)
If something isn't right, simply contact us and, if possible, send us a photo. Depending on the problem, we'll arrange a repair, replacement, refund or price reduction, as appropriate.
The legal guarantee doesn't cover accidental damage, normal wear or improper use.
Feisters Miniatures is a small artisan workshop, not a large corporation. Our models are made in our own workshop, and you'll be dealing directly with us, not a customer service department.
No complicated procedures or unnecessary discussions. We'll look at what happened and find a fair solution.
