Update: Why We Cannot Ship to the United States for Now

Update: Why We Cannot Ship to the United States for Now

Update: september 28, 2025

In recent days, we’ve received the same urgent message from all our transport partners: all shipments to the United States are temporarily suspended. Unfortunately, this means we are currently unable to process or ship orders to the US.

What is the reason?

The issue lies in the uncertainty around import duties and shipping procedures. At this moment, there is no clear, globally agreed process for how parcels should be prepared and handled. On top of that, there is confusion regarding duties: either a 15% import tax or a flat fee of $80 per shipment could apply.

For shipping companies, this lack of clarity makes operations impossible, which is why they have decided to put all shipments to the US on hold.

What does this mean for our customers?

For our customers in the United States, we know this is very inconvenient. Orders cannot be processed or shipped at this time, and we understand this creates problems, especially for those who need their products quickly.

We want to stress that this situation is completely beyond our control. As soon as shipments become possible again, we will immediately inform our customers.

Our approach

We are closely monitoring the situation with our brokers and partners and are exploring possible alternatives to resume deliveries to the US as soon as possible.

Final note

We regret having to share this news, but transparency towards our customers is essential. We ask for your understanding and patience during these exceptional circumstances and assure you that we are doing everything possible to restore reliable shipping to the US.
