Shipping
We shipped all orders (except otherwise noticed) within 2 to 8 working days (weekends not included), depending on model, quantity and finish. All orders are shipped with a track and trace link.
We ship from Belgium in Europe.
Normal delivery times (From time of shipping)
Exceptions are possible (Customs import delays, barking dogs, holidays, strikes, squeezing garden gates, hurricanes,...)
EU: 1 week
USA, Canada, UK, Ireland: 2-3 weeks
Australia, New Zealand: 3-4 weeks

What does ‘Feisters’ mean?
I was born in a small village in Flanders, Belgium, near the French border. In that region we speak a local dialect no other one in Belgium can understand. Since the first model I ever cast was a window, which is called "feister" in our dialect, the name “Feisters” was born. So, 'Feisters' actually means ‘many windows’.
Are the models your own design?
Yes, we make our own master models and molds.
All models are made in our own workshop.
I like one of the models but i want to have it modified, it this possible?
Of course. As always, we are an open team, just ask ;)
Do you have other models?
Every month new models are added, and for now we have more than 300 models in HO-scale. Not all models are for sale in our shops. If you are looking for something special, just ask.
Questions about the painting?
All of our painted models are made to order. We mix our paint by hand, so the colors can vary. Parts that are ordered together are painted in the same color scheme. Allow 3 days between the order and the shipping for all the layers to dry.
Rust and weathering effects are not waterproof!

Our 'stock' quantity in our shops is limited to control the sales. We make all our models in house, so if you wish to order a bigger quantity of our models, please contact us.
